These items are designed to sit alongside your team's existing routines. They are written in plain language and are happy to be ignored when not needed.
A 64-page booklet of small practices for teams who want a calmer working week. Bound in linen, printed on uncoated paper, no glossy claims inside.
A simple A2 print of the six culture axes, designed as a quiet prompt for a team room. Riso-printed in two earthy tones on heavyweight paper.
Thirty-six cards with short, open-ended prompts for one-to-ones, retros and quiet end-of-week notes. Stored in a recycled board sleeve.
All printing is done with a small studio in Tauranga. We choose paper for feel and longevity rather than appearance, and our print runs are intentionally short.
We do not run a public checkout. To order any of these items, please send a short note. We will reply with availability, delivery times and an invoice.

Items are produced in short batches every six weeks. We will share the next available batch in our reply.
We post within Aotearoa using a tracked courier service. Larger orders to studios or workplaces are arranged together.
Tell us a little about the audience and we will share what would suit. There is no minimum or maximum order, and we never suggest more than is useful.
